You, Me, Baby

The You, Me, Baby course is an adaptation of the Mothers and Babies program. The intervention was developed by an American research team (R. Muñoz, H.N. Le, A. Barrera and D. Tandon).  The French adaptation and translation were carried out by a team at the CHU Sainte-Justine Azrieli Research Centre (M. St-André, J. Béland, T.C. Montreuil, C. M. Herba, V. Samson, M. Clément), supervised by Dr. Sylvana Côté.

You, Me, Baby is a distance learning course designed to improve the well-being of future parents and their babies. The program provides access to an online self-help platform of modules offering cognitive-behavioral intervention.
